Damienne chewed on her lip as she took Edward in. He seemed even better looking outside of school. 'Gosh...' she thought to herself, letting out a slow breath.“Evenin'” she offered playfully back to Edward's greeting. 'Oh, jeez,' she thought to herself as she heard her dad coming down the stairs. She rolled her eyes quickly as she turned to him, a light blush spreading to her cheeks. “Dad,” she half whispered, pulling a slight face now that Edward couldn't see. She looked down at the keys in her hands as she managed to get off her house key and a little key fob. She stepped up a few of the steps and handed over her car keys to her dad. She dropped down the few steps again. She turned to Edward as her dad posed the question of where they were headed. She wasn't that sure really. She still wasn't sure where there was good to go around this place.
She shoved her key in her pocket and pulled on her coat as Edward spoke to her father. He was really polite for someone his age. She smiled at his words, glancing over at him briefly as she pulled the hair out that had got tucked into the back of her coat. She froze briefly at his comment about needing her books. “What do you think the bag's for?” she questioned, nodding towards her abandoned back pack. She laughed lightly as she moved to pick it up. She just pulled it onto one shoulder, not seeing a need for it to be on two as she'd be getting into the car soon. “I'm ready, yeah,” she replied, moving to her dad again. She reached up and quickly kissed him on the cheek. It was easier to get it over with than have him spaz about it if she just walked out. “See ya later, dad,” she said softly before jogging back down the steps and following Edward out.
She turned and smiled at her dad, who was still stood on the stairs, that trademark smirk spread across his features. She shook her head at him and shut the door behind her slowly as she left the house, so as not to show how nervous she actually was about this. She looked down at the car, noticing the face in the back window of the car. “Oh, you brought someone else?” she questioned pleasantly, wondering who the other girl was. 'Gosh, she's pretty,' she thought idly to herself as she moved towards the car, not entirely sure where she was meant to be sitting. The other girl was sat in the back, leaving the passenger seat free, but that didn't necessarily mean that Damienne was sitting there. She felt her phone buzz in her pocket, looking up at the house out of a self-conscious twitch. She pulled her phone out, scowling briefly at THAT name again. 'Jackass', she thought. She cancelled it and returned it to her pocket.

Edward hid his smirk at Damiennes reaction to her father being there. He of course understood why her father was worried, it amused him though. He watched as she picked up the bag and nodded 'Good, I dont want you to think this is all just simply a social event...' He chuckled lightly, that soft musical chuckle. He nodded again to Jason as he stepped out and Damienne closed the door. It was nice to get away from the stress of the family, it was nice to get Alice out of it too, even though she was really the cause of it... He just wanted everything to go back to normal for her.
He looked to Damienne as she mentioned about him bringing someone else. He nodded and smile, yes Alice was pretty, and graceful... But Vampirism did wonders to ones appearance to humans. Not that he doubted Alice had been pretty in her human life. 'Thats Alice, shes my sister... She would have been upset if I didnt let her meet you.' He watched and chuckled not only at the face Alice was pulling, but the thought that came from her too. He opened the passenger door for Damienne to get in, looking to Damienne as she looked to her phone. The thought from her made him curious 'Problem?' He enquired softly.
Once Damienne had stepped into the car he moved round and climbed into the drivers seat, looking to Alicle 'Sorry to keep you Alice' He smiled 'Damienne, this is Alice, Alice this is Damienne...' He just hoped now that everything went well now. He also hoped Alice behaved herself, though he knew she was bound o slip up somewhere, being subtle around humans wasnt her strong point... Letting them get introduced to each other he turned on the engine and pulled out of the drive, once out of ear shot of the house he sped up, he really had problems controlling his speed, he didnt have the patience for driving human speed.

Alice was getting impatient, why was Edward taking so damn long? She was getting more irritated by the second, not that she was desperate to meet Damienne or anything. She watched as Edward stepped out and she peered out of the window watching for Damienne... Come on hurry up Eddy! She watched as Damienne stepped out and closed the door behind her and she beamed, she was just like she had seen in her vision. Though her beaming quickly changed with Edwards comment... Too damn right Edward, keep me waiting any longer and Damiennes gonna know all a bout Cutesty Wootsy Eddie Bear. Her eyes looked at him accusingly through the glass. After all it was Edward that invited her... Its not like she invited herself or anything!
She beamed to Damienne, unable to give her a hug because of the seat, which made her pout a little. 'Hi I'm Alice!' She smiled sweetly, her voice bubbly and chirpy as was her style. She took in a deep breath, smelling her scent, wow that was a nice scent, unusual though. 'I know we're gonna be the best of friends.' She smiled and giggled that light whimsical laugh that made Alice well, Alice.
She sat forward as Edward started to drive, as usual she didnt have a seat belt on, vampires didnt need them. Se knew Edward wouldnt have the patience to drive slow, but it didnt bother her so she didnt see why it would bother Damienne. The Cullens didnt normally hang out in town, it was going to be fun. Alice certainly was looking forward to it, she was always eager to make new friends, not that people ever came to talk to her. She didnt see why, she felt a little guilty that Jazzy couldnt be with them, but judging b his reaction of Edwards 'human' smell putting him in a car with Damienne would have been a VERY bad idea.
She thought hard of a 'human' thing to say, Alice's idea of being human was a little off at times. She did however promise to Eddy that she would try her best.'So hows having to sit next to Eddy all the time?' She liked having lessons with her family, but the thought of a human putting up with Edwards mood swings was almost comical.

Damienne smirked partially at Edward's words. “God forbid I should be social,” she commented, still smirking, raising an eyebrow for a moment as they left the house. She smiled when Edward explained who the other girl was. “Your sister? Why would she want to meet me? We're just studying,” she pointed out, half waving at the girl she could now identify as Alice. 'Clearly, she knows something I don't,' she thought idly to herself. She brought her eyes up quickly from her phone as Edward opened the door and spoke. “Just one of my brothers...always a problem,” she explained, trying to make light of the situation as she shrugged it off, putting her phone in her pocket and getting in the car. She settled in her seat, dropping her bag in the foot well near her little feet. She turned in her seat to smile back at Alice. If she didn't know the girl was Edward's sister, she'd find herself feeling somewhat jealous and insignificant.
Not that she didn't feel that anyway. Edward and Alice were both stunning, Edward more so in her eyes, but Alice was definitely a looker. Damienne smiled pleasantly at Alice as Edward started the car and set off, listening to the engine purr. “Hey, I'm Damienne,” she greeted back to the bubbly girl. She scowled every so slightly, giggling at the girls words. 'She CLEARLY knows something more than I do...' she thought to herself again, turning back to face the front of the car, half glancing at the speedometer, but then ignoring it. So, Edward had a lead foot too. She smirked at the idea. That would be interesting. She adjusted in her seat, pulling at her seatbelt and settling against her chest. She turned her head to Alice as she heard the girl's voice. She smirked, looking at Edward, feeling a light blush rush to her cheeks and neck. “Eddie? It's not that bad,” she said with a gentle giggle. “He's a certainly a bright one,” she commented.

Edward chuckled lightly as she joked about being social, it certainly was out of character for Edward to be social... He looked to Alice glaring in the car 'Alice had had a rough time of it lately, shes the only one in the family I mentioned you to so she wanted to tag along.' It was all true, of course he missed out the bit about her knowing their future, but hey, it was a half truth. He smirked a little to himself, she normally did know something other people didnt, thats what made Alice unique. He nodded a little as she explained it was one of her brothers 'Yes family can be a pain sometimes...' He knew that all too well.
Edward sighed as Alice introduced herself, Alice would be Alice though, and he cringed when she said they were going to be best friends... Way to freak her out Alice. He sighed at Damiennes thought 'Trust me you have NO idea...' He heard Alice cough in the back seat and kicked himself mentally... Did he just answer her thought? Damn it! He could only hope that Damienne didnt pick up on it... 'Alice... Are you implying I'm difficult to get along with or something?' The car sped through the roads, but he slowed as they approached the Forks Cafe. He pulled up and parked the car in its small car park... This was going to be interesting.
He smirked at Damienne whe he said he was bright. If only she knew the full extent, he wasnt bright, he just had a vampiric memory. Then again he wasnt going to reveal that to her any time soon. He turned off the engine and opened the door getting out, tonight was going to be harder than he thought. He walked round and opened Damiennes door, ever the gentleman. He whispered to her, knowing all too well Alice would hear 'I apologise for Alice... She can unsettle people a little.' He noticed a scowl from his sister, she certainly was more sensitive than normal. Then again he could hardly blame her.

Alice simply smiled to Damienne and tilted her head slightly as she scowled and giggled. Of course Alice knew they were going to be best friends... Alice knew everything, at least she liked to think she did. She was really happy just being there and socialising with someone who wasnt family... Well not yet anyway, but she thought it was going well. She didnt normally cope well with situations, though she was sure she would slip up at some point and Eddy would be quick with his glare. Then again it looked like she wasnt the one who was going to slip up first. She coughed, clearing her throat as Edward randomly answered what Alice assumed was one of Damiennes thoughts. Trust Edward...
'Yes Edward... I am' She poked her tongue out playfully at her brother. He wasnt the easiest of people to live with. Infact as of late he had been getting more and more moody, especially with all the things going on with her... She was happy that this human seemed to break him from his 'depression,' she loved her and she worried about him greatly. She had a bond with Edward that was only out shone by her bond with Jasper. 'You havent heard him playing the piano yet' She giggled lightly, knowing that would annoy Edward.
She hopped out of the car as Edward pulled up, watching as he opened the door for Damienne, show off. She scowled when she heard him whisper to Damienne, it wasnt her fault she had never been human. She pouted and gracefully skipped to the door and pulled it open, inside everything went quiet and the locals of Forks stared as she skipped lightly in and sat down at a table in the corner... She gathered Edward would want a little bit of privacy, not that they would get much with everyone staring at them...

Damienne smiled at the sound of Edward's chuckle. It was quite a pleasant sound. Then again, everything about him seemed to be 'quite pleasant'. She smirked at the thought, before her expression straightened, biting down on her lip slightly as she listened to Edward explain why his sister was there too. She nodded slowly, a soft smile on her face. “That's cool then. I just don't get what the big attraction is about me...” she replied, trailing off as subtly as she could. She honestly couldn't fathom out what was so great about her than had Edward talking to her in the first place and that had his sister wanting to meet her. She shrugged at his comment about family being a pain sometimes. “Do you think it's possible for them to be a pain most of time too? Or am I just really unlucky?” she questioned with a half hearted smirk on her face.
She glanced over at Edward when she heard him speak again, half scowling, before laughing lightly and passing over his words. Maybe he was as nervous as she was, even though she didn't really have anything to be nervous about. She laughed again at the exchange between Edward and his sister. 'Definitely siblings,' she told herself, chuckling lightly to herself and looking out of the window at the passing scenery. She turned around when she heard Alice talking to her now, feeling her expression lighten. “He plays piano?” she questioned, glancing at Edward, realising she had just referred to him as if he wasn't even there. 'Wow, is there anything he can't do?' she asked herself. “I play,” she began as she looked back at Alice, laughing lightly at her words. “A little. Nothing really to shout about, I don't think,” she added, feeling slightly embarrassed for bringing it up now.
Before she knew it, the car was slowing and finally coming to a complete stop. She looked around just in time to realise they'd arrived at wherever they were going to spend this little bit of study time. She unclipped her seat belt and reached down to grab her bag, sitting up again as Edward opened her door. 'Gosh, he's so nice...' she began to think. “You don't have to do that, y'know...” she verbalised, trying to be polite, watching him as she got out of the car, realising once again how much taller than her he was. She laughed every so briefly at Edward's whispered apology. She watched as Alice skipped off before replying. “It's alright. No need to apologise. When you grow up in my family, you get used to the 'unsettling',” she replied with a slight smile as she moved away from Edward in Alice's direction. She smiled at Alice as she walked over to the girl, glancing over her shoulder to see if Edward was following.

Edward shook his head slightly smiling, Damienne was very modest, Edward certainly found her interesting. Then again Alice found everyone interesting. 'Alice loves meeting new people...' She was certainly the most sociable of the Cullen children. He thought about her question and thought about his family and nodded slowly. 'Yes I think that is also possible.' He certainly knew Rosalie was a constant pain, but he still loved her as a sister, though he knew she hated the fact he was never attracted to her. He smirked back to Damienne 'If you ever meet my sister Rosalie you will see what I mean' He chuckled as he started to drive.
He was a little on edge thinking Damienne was going to pick up on it, though he was suprised when se didnt. Perhaps she wasnt that observant, that for him was perfect, especially with his family... He forced back a smirk, Alice and Edward were certainly the most likely to be brother and sister of the Cullens. They just gelled well, even if people thought Alice was a bit odd. He scowled as Alice said about his piano playing, he hadnt been playing lately, he had lost his muse for it. He knew Esme missed the sound of his playing, but he just hadnt been in the mood. 'I played, once' There was a hint of annoyance in his voice. Alice was playing the proper little sister now and seemed intent on annoying him.
He was certainly polite... But he couldnt be nice, he was a vampire. Vampires and nice didnt go well together at all. 'I know' He nodded a little watching Alice skip off to the door 'Sounds like we have a little in common...' He seemed distracted for a moment, he frowned slightly. He was still deeply worried about Alice, he was starting to wonder if bringing her along was a good idea. Last thing he needed was her to have an episode in such a public place. He shot Damienne a smile and followed Alice into the cafe heading to the corner table where Alice sat.
He pulled out the chair for Damienne and sat down next to her and opposite Alice so he could give her a good kick if he needed. He picked up the menu and passed it to Damienne, he knew people were staring, but he was used to it. 'So what do you want to catch up on?' He smirked. He was tuning out the other voices in his head from around the room, concentrating on Alice and Damienne only. He watched as the lady moved over to take their orders. Maybe going somewhere that didnt serve food would have been a better idea.

Alice laughed as Edward refered to Rosalie. She could be more than just a pain when she was in the mood, Rosalie was famous for it. Alice nodded and giggled as she asked if Edward played the piano 'He doesnt like admitting itthough' She winked lightly to Damienne and giggled sitting back in the seat as Edward scowled. Well Edward told her to be as human as possible... and sisters were meant to annoy their brothers. She thought she was doing a good job of it too. 'I can play a little, but nothing compared to him, hes the best in the family.' Alice also wished Edward would start playing again too, she hated seeing Edward so lonely.
Alice took another of the menus and flicked through it casually. She loved coming to places like this, watching people do human things interested her.She looked to Edward over the top of the menu, she knew he didnt need to do any catch up at all. He had been through school so many times he didnt even have listen in class. Though she wasnt fully sure exactly what Damienne was expecting from this outing. She looked up to the waitress and smiled sweetly 'Hi! Can I get a soda and a garden burger please?' She looked to Edward and smiled, 'Well you told me to behave and act human...' she thought.

Damienne smile slightly nervously at Edward as he spoke. “Well, that's always nice,” she replied softly, looking to Alice briefly before turning back to him to listen to his next words. She looked down for a moment as he spoke. “Another sister? You harbouring any more siblings?” she questioned playfully. Something told her he didn't have as many as she did. She glanced over her should as she heard Alice's musical laugh at the mention of Rosalie. It sounded like Rosalie was someone she'd have to look out for. She seemed to be feeling more and more comfortable as the conversation was settled between them. “You don't play anymore?” she questioned conversationally, turning to him, glancing at his hands on the steering wheel for a brief moment before refocusing on his face again and chewing on the inside of her bottom lip. 'Why did I ask?' she thought angrily at herself. 'He sounded annoyed enough...'
She turned her attention to Alice, smiling at the other girl's words about her playing as well. “Wow...” she began, before shrugging and looking straight out of the windscreen. “S'pose that depends on the size of your family, but I can see you being a pretty good piano player...” she offered in Edward's direction. She could honestly imagine sat at a grand piano with that slight look of 'all knowing' that she'd seemed to notice about him. “I'm certainly the least...ham fisted piano player in my family,” she explained, shrugging again. “Then again, I've probably got the most patience as well...though my dad does have his good days,” she went on with a smirk. Her smirk faded and was replaced by a slight scowl as she turned to Edward again. “I'm so sorry about my dad before,” she began in apology. “He's not used to me being invited out by...well...anyone, let alone by a guy,” she went on, laughing nervously.
She turned away quickly again, chewing on her lip. Why had she said that out loud? 'Stupid,' she grumbled in her head. She was glad they were finally at the café. It meant she didn't necessarily have to look at Edward, though that was a task in itself. “So that's the same classes and unsettling siblings we have in common,” she listed with a smirk. 'I wonder what else...' she thought idly, a slight blush tingeing her jawline. She smiled broadly at Edward when he smiled at her. It was only the polite thing to do. “Thanks,” she said softly as Edward pulled out a chair for her, allowing her to sit down and put her back on the floor, Edward sitting beside her, both of them opposite Alice. She looked around, feeling a little edgy by the fact everyone suddenly found them really interesting. Her eyes darted around the various faces that were either turned towards them or turned to someone else whispering hurriedly.
She stood briefly to shrug out of her long coat and hang it on the back of the chair before sitting down again. She took the menu from Edward. Glancing it over, she half glanced towards Edward again. “You not getting anything?” she inquired politely before glancing back at the menu. She chewed on the inside of her lip. Odd little butterflies were playing havoc with her stomach, but she knew that if she didn't eat and her dad found out, he'd freak out and think something was wrong with her again. She hadn't gone through that sort of phase since they'd been in La Push. She looked up at the waitress as she came over, allowing Alice to order first. Clearly the other girl had had something in mind already or she was just quick at deciding. She focused on the waitress now. “Can I just get a soda for now, please?” she ordered, with a slight smile.
She turned to Edward at his question of what she wanted to catch up on. She lifted her eyes to the ceiling in thought. “Ummm,” she began, trying to remember what subjects she took. They had all seemed to blur together today with Edward being at her side all fo the time. “Biology...English...Calculus...U.S. History?” she offered with a smirk and then a slight laugh. “Computer Science I seem to just...understand regardless and, well, theatre's one of those you can't really catch up on in public,” she continued, laughing slightly again. “Well,” she began, looking around. “Not in a place like this anyway,” she added with a slight laugh. She shrugged at this point, considering theatre a little more. “Besides, I think McKinley bickers enough with us all that we're just learning about developing our teenage argumentative skills as opposed to anything else,” she commented.

Alice watched Damienne and concentrated on trying to see something, anything about the future... She had seen her face in her mind before, but apart from knowing they would become great friends she could see nothing else. She frowed a little, it was like there was a huge void surrounding her. She couldnt get anything about her family, nothing. She started thinking perhaps it was all to do with what had been happening lately... The pain, the visions, and now the lack of them. Alice had been very open wit her thoughts and feelings since the day before, she knew Edward would pick up on her worried thoughts. She started wondering if it really was a good idea to have come, it was true that since drinking human blood she was suddenly more tempted than usual by the scent of humans. That in itself worried her, she didnt like feeling tempted.
She let them natter between themselves about school, she had been missing out on going to school with her siblings. She knew everyone was so worried about her but she felt so out of the loop. She perked up a little as she saw the waitress coming over with her burger and their sodas. Not that Alice actually ate but she loved pretendig to be human, it was one of her little hobbies, she wasnt very good at it and tended to go OTT but she had fun. The waitress smiled putting down the food infront of her and passing the sodas to her and Damienne before asking Edward if he was sure he didnt want anything... So much for Edward trying to act all human!
She lifted the bun of the burger and peeked inside, taking deep breath to get the smell of the burger. She wasnt sure what humans saw in food like this, it smelled inedible and she was sure it would taste the same. She put the bun back on the burger just as Edward lifted the plate from her and dumped the plate infront of Damienne instead. She pouted a little, then again Damienne could actually eat it and Alice couldnt, still it was still her Burger!

Edward smirked and nodded slowly 'I'm suprised you havent heard all the gossip flying around the school Damienne... Perhaps you need to pay attention more.' He knew what everyone thought about him and his family, especially that girl Jessica. Though he had learned to tune out her thoughts since he could only take so much from her. 'I have two sisters, Alice and Rosalie and two brothers, Emmett and Jasper... It all gets a bit confusing, we are all fostered.' He knew it was probably very complicated for her, but it would be even more if she knew the truth. He certainly wasnt going to delve much deeper into his own family. Edward knew that Rosalie would not be happy if she found out about Damienne, any threat to the Cullen clan Rosalie took personally, that would be a tough obsticle to over come.
He was slightly annoyed by the way the conversation had turned. He had stopped playing for a reason. A musician needed inspiration for their music, Edward had none. 'No, I dont' The answer wasnt rude, but certainly very to the point. He let the other piano talk wash over him, not really wanting to talk about it, though he smirked when she mentioned about her dad. 'No need to apologise... Hes your father, I woldnt have expected any less...' Especially if he knew the truth that he had just let his daughter get in the car with a monster like him. No, really couldnt blame him at all. Though it did send his mind off on a different train of thought. Was this really a good idea? Putting a human in danger like this? He was being selfish again...
'Strange isnt it?' He thought about her thought... He wondered if there was anything else that they shared. He hoped not, though for her sake not his. As they sat down Edwards attention turned to alice's thoughts, they were starting to trouble him. So she was getting blanks? So was he from that girl in the parking lot, could what was happening to Alice be happening to him as well? He needed to talk to Carlisle later about it all, not that it would help. He already knew that Carlisle had no idea what was going on with Alice. He looked back to Damienne only just catching her question 'No I'm on a special diet...' Well that was true, not like he was going to give any details though.
He laughed at her comment about McKinley 'I would hope by now those had fully developed, I just think he likes to feel the centre of attention.' His mind was a strange one that was for sure. Edward even wondered how they would let someone so mentally unstable teach a bunch of teenagers. He watched as the food arrived for Alice shaking his head a little and sighing as she 'examined' it. After she had finished inspecting it he picked it up ignoring her pouts and placed it infront of Damienne, humans needed to eat, vampires didnt. 'Alice you've already eaten' That much was also true, eve if it wasnt from her usual diet of deer blood. He looked to Damienne 'Where as you havent' He looked to Damienne with those hypnotic eyes. He didnt want her father to think he had let her starve.

Damienne pulled a slight face at Edward's mention of gossip. “I don't really pay attention to that sort of stuff...” she admitted, shrugging slightly. “Gossip's gossip...it's hardly ever the direct truth,” she offered. She rested her elbow on the table, resting her chin in her hand as she turned to look at Edward as he spoke. “So, just the four others?” she questioned, with a smirk. “I have two sisters, five brothers,” she said, half sounding proud about it, half sounding upset about it. “But I do have the unfortunate problem of being directly related to ever single one of them,” she added, glancing at the table now, rolling her eyes slightly. She glanced over at Alice, smiling politely as the other girl. She wasn't quite sure what to make of her. She was nice enough, that seemed to be a given. She smirked at Edward's comment about her dad.
“Oh,” she replied simply to Edward's comment about being on a special diet. 'Not that you need it,' she thought to herself at him. “You'd think so, wouldn't you?” she questioned, laughing lightly. “He just likes the sound of his own voice. Just like Tobi...” she commented, rolling her eyes. 'Maybe that's why I don't like McKinley...he's just like Tobi...well...apart from the fluffy thing...' she thought, scowling sightly at herself. She sat up straight again as the waitress came back, smiling at her as she placed her soda down. She sipped on hers as she watched Alice examine the burger she ordered. She opened her mouth to protest about Edward stealing Alice's burger, when she realised he said she hadn't eaten. “How did you know that?” she questioned, with a slight scowl, pretty certain she hadn't mentioned that fact, voice trailing slightly as Edward distracted her by staring at her.

At least that was one saving grace, he found the comments around school amusing but that didnt mean he wanted difficult questions from Damienne all the time. 'You can say that again' He smirked lightly, if they knew the full truth that they were monsters... She chuckled lightly 'Four is more than enough for me right now...' He had the added disadvantage that they were all vampires and currently two of their members were more primal than usual... The atmosphere in the house could be cut with a knife. Even with Carlisle and Esme working over time to try and reassure them all. The corner of his mouth twitched slightly 'I'm assuming though that you dont live with all of them in that tiny house...' Having to live with Rosalie was hard enough...
Her thought about his diet amused him, she didnt know it, but he seriously did need it. Not that she knew that, he hoped it would stay that way. 'Tobi? A relative?' He frowned slightly at her thought... Fluffy? He looked over to Alice for a moment seeing if she had anything for him. The thought brought up so many possibilities in his mind, one of them wasnt good, but he was surely wrong about that one. He pushed that thought to the back of his mind, maybe he would discuss with Carlisle later, Carlisle was always there when Edward needed someone to talk to.
Edward kicked himself again, he had slipped up again, there was something about Damienne that seemed to catch him off guard. His eyes still focusing on her 'Your grumbling stomach gave you away' He smirked, though he was angry with himself at being so careless. He looked awa for a moment, people were still staring at them, nothing new there. Edward fished around their thoughts, some were thinking about the recent murders, others were wondering what he and Alice were doing here. There was nothing new lately, not yet. He looked back to Damienne 'So tell me about Tobi..' He was curious to find out more.

Damienne smiled pleasantly at Edward's words. Well, what's the point listening to something that might just be a lie anyway?” she questioned, partially rhetorically. “If something's worth knowing, you'll hear it from the person involved,” she mused, shrugging. She smirked at Edward's comment about four being enough for him right now. She'd always known the seven siblings she had around her because they were all older. She was just the baby of the family. She shifted slightly in her seat. She must have looked rather shifty and nervous to Edward and Alice. They hadn't really budged. She wasn't usually a fidget. “Oh, god, no,” she responded quickly and slightly louder than she perhaps should have to Edward's assumption. “I'm the youngest and they've all sorta grown up and moved on...some more than others,” she replied softly.
She nodded in response to Edward's question. “Yeah, he's one of the five brothers,” she commented, rolling her eyes. “He's not exactly my favourite,” she said in a low tone, sighing softly as she eyed the table in front of her, running her fingers up and down the side of her soda glass. She flushed a cute pink colour at the commented of her stomach growling. “I was kinda hoping only I could hear that,” she admitted, shifting in her seat again, running her hand over her stomach. She looked around again as Edward did. What was with everyone? Then again, it was a small town. Everyone would probably be looking out for everyone else and the slightest change was very noticeable. She smirked at Edward's interest in her brother. “I thought this wasn't a social event,” she commented, smirk remaining. Though, saying that, she'd rather just sit and talk to him, despite having done that for the better part of the day already.
She considered what she could and could not say about Tobias to Edward. She just wanted to tell him everything, but she didn't think it was that appropriate. She'd not even known Edward for a full day yet. She chewed on her lip. “He's...” she began, mentally listing her siblings. “...the third eldest, though, he likes to make out like he's the head honcho some days. Him and Jamie are as bad as one another,” she continued. “Jamie's the second eldest,” she added quickly. “He doesn't like my dad's choice of relocation,” she explained, shrugging. “What else d'ya wanna know?” she questioned because otherwise she'd just ramble. She looked down at the burger Edward had stolen from Alice. She glanced over at the other girl. “You sure you don't want this? I can order my own,” she offered, despite Edward's comments and actions before. It didn't seem fair to deprive her of her food without asking her first.
