Character History:
Character Appearance:
Damienne has long, naturally wavey, deep brown hair, that falls ever so neatly down her back, often left loose, a fringe covering her forehead and framing her face. It is very fine and blows around her when the wind picks up. Her father always tells her how much she looks like her mother because of her hair, which makes her feel guilty every time because of the look in his eyes when he says it. Losing Selena had been very hard for him. She is the only child in the family to take on their mother's traits in regards to hair color.
She normally has chocolate brown eyes, but they tend to shift between light brown, deep brown and green, depending on her mood, her health and the weather. No matter what the color, there is always a perfect black ring around the outer edge of her iris, making the main color look pale. Her eyes are almost identical to her father's, with the exception of the black ring that runs around her iris. She is the only child in the family to take on their father's traits in regards to eye color. It seems she was bound to be completely different.
She feels she is quite short being 5'4" and quite slim, but toned. She was never very big growing up, especially compared to her siblings, and didn't seem to grow much at all after she was fourteen years old. Throughout her life and factoring in her upbringing, she has always believed that appearances are relatively important, even if she appears to be completely different to everyone else. She always sits perfectly and walks perfectly, keeping the correct posture constantly. This is something she learnt from her mother and makes her seem slightly wooden to the general outside.
She might not look like she doesn't have a lot of power within her, being the short, slender person that she is, but having grown up with the siblings that she had, she found herself getting stronger every day, even if she didn't match their standards. She is constantly very pale, something else that makes her look like her father, as her mother and the rest of her siblings seemed to have more of a tan to them. Like most people, she gets paler through stress and illness. As a child, she had a few freckles dotted about her face, but it would appear she grew out of them.[/ul]

Damienne pulled into the school parking lot, parking her car in a relatively empty area of it, no doubt it would fill up around her quickly. She turned off the engine, but didn't remove the keys from the ignition yet. She went into the glove box, pulling out her phone and throwing it into the little pocket inside the main section of her bag. She then pulled her iPod out of it's dock, retrieving her headphones from the glove box as well. She plugged them in and slid her iPod down her top to keep the wire tidy, putting it in her pocket and putting her headphones in her ears.
She slammed the glove box shut, grabbed her back and in one smooth motion, grabbed her keys from the ignition and got out of the car. She threw her bag onto one shoulder as she slammed the car door shut, pressing the button on her key fob to lock it. She dropped her keys into her bag where her phone was before doing her bag up and putting it on both shoulders, so that the weight was balanced. She didn't have her music on loud because she knew better than to do that walking through the parking lot of Forks High School.
Thumbs wrapped round the straps over her bag, she crossed the parking lot, looking around at who was already here. She bit her lip. She was still trying to fit in around the school. She didn't know that many people. She had a couple of friends and she'd also made an enemy along the way. That hadn't taken her long. She looked around for any signs of the girl. She wasn't looking for an argument, but it would just be funny to see what she said, if anything, about her appearance and, slightly more importantly, about the car.
Before last week, she'd been driving a beat up old '69 red Mustang. Now, she had a shiny, restored blue one. Same year and everything. Just newer looking and blue. Edward and Bella had bought her it for doing so well in getting on at the school. It was more Edward's idea. He didn't like the idea of her driving the old one. He always said it looked like it was going to fall apart or something, then it more than conveniently broke down as Damienne was leaving the cottage one day. Surprise, surprise, they'd already got her a new car.[/blockquote][/blockquote]
[/ul]
