A thunderous cry echoed out from an unknown bird flying over the canopy of emerald green leaves - the noise continuing to echo into the land of the forest.Although the sound brought with it a sinister appeal, the surrounding light that penetrated the above tree tops evened out the tension. The foliage glistened from the previous rainfall that had graced Forks over the night, the beads of water gliding down the leaves of multiple plants. Even spider's webs glistened like ice figures, carved to perfection.
Despite such surrounding beauty, Kate gently allowed her feet to make their way through out the logs and vines that surrounded the ground. Her jeans where tugged down over her thin figured legs, the black denim of the jeans some what blending in. In contrast to this, her summer yellow converse glowed efficiently - fresh as though new bloomed flowers. She wore a matching shirt, it's yellow color bringing that added brightness to the woods that she'd ventured into for the third time that week.
To do such things wasn't really unusual for Kate, seeing as this was a common past time. Though, the difference today was mostly that she wasn't paying no attention to the beauty which over run the forest in its natural way. Today, she didn't pause to trail her fingers through multiple batches of flowers and greenery. Kate continued to walk, her arms outstretched besides her petite body as she marched silently along, glancing ahead. She had one place in mind...then she could settle and glance around.
Her curiosity often grew further and further every day, for every day was a moment passed. Unable to relive the passed moments was seen as a pain in Kate's mind, therefore she chose to live each to an acceptable standard. Although, there was a reason behind her venture today. After reading of a solemn attack within the Forks boundaries, Kate's interest had sparked to a new level. Having lost her mother to a similar tragedy the previous year, she had always wished to figure out the true reason behind this untimely disaster.
Another caw pierced the peace warming sound of the forest, causing her eyes to snap wide in shock. A stumble formed, and soon she found herself upon her knees. A sigh of irritation escaped as she allowed herself to relax on the ground, scrapped hands settling on her now mud stained jeans. "Silly goose...silly silly goose" She scolded quietly to herself, remaining on the ground as she finally realized how worn she was. Having been absorbed in her own little world, Kate had failed to realize how tiering her journey was. After all, she'd walked the whole way - seeing as her car had been kidnapped by her Father. She smiled at the sudden memory, her loose curls lounging around her face.
Blowing the strands that teased her nose away from her, she slowly stood up again, eyes widening. A trail of blood trailed from her palm, causing her to gasp gently. The cut wasn't to deep, but this had alerted her. Admitting to it, Kate hadn't even felt the impact of the now blood stained branch tearing through her palm. The pain soon began to form, it thumping in a small rhythm. A quiet wince escaped, but she chose to ignore this as she shoved the bloodied palm within her ever deepening pockets.
Continuing on wards, Kate began to walk toward an area in the wood she knew only to well - for she had often ventured to it over the previous year.
Why?
After many moments, she came to a halt, staring at the opening in the wood. The foliage seemed to be a shade less than the other on the outskirts of this vast opening. Everything about it seemed...off. Instead of frowning, Kate allowed herself to smile. Sitting down, she placed both her good hand and her bloodied upon her knees, eyes glancing around the area in soft thought. Nothing different...
Nothing had ever changed in this area - the area in which her Mother had been found dead.
Such thoughts no longer seemed to phase emotion within her small self, but instead relaxation formed. Kate smiled, sighing as she stretched out her legs in the grassy area. It was then, she began to hum.

Zavier wandered through the forests absorbed in his own thoughts. He had come to Forks looking for some rest from his hectic life as a 'famous' young psyciatrist, but all he had found in Forks so far was trouble from the Cullens... Well only Edward really but still. It wasnt often he felt threatened but he did now, he wished he could get across to Edward that he didnt want any trouble. He kicked a twig on the ground and watched it shoot off into the distance, his head raising as he heard an eagle somewhere up above.
He took in a deep breath and paused shocked as the scent of human blood came to him... He didnt know where it was coming from but the smell took him by suprise. A soft growl escaped his throat as he ran towards the smell, battling with himself following the scent, wanting it badly...
The thought of Edward in his mind forced him to come to his senses. He found himself and stopped himself, he could see the girl in the distance, he gritted his teeth, he was prepared now... Perhaps she needed help? Plus if He attacked her Edward would kill him... Slowly and painfully. He moved slowly through the trees listening to her humming, he didnt recognise her, he wondered who she was.
'Hi there' He smiled gently to her, fully aware however he didnt have his contacts in. 'Nice day no?' He leaned against a tree casually watching her smiling in a friendly manner, not sure how she was going to react to him.

Kate had seemingly zoned into her own little world as she continued to hum quietly, completely unaware of her surroundings as she remained seated upon the luscious terrain she'd become accustomed to over the multiple times she'd ventured to this area. Her palm remained within the depths of her jeans as she tried to prevent any more contamination coming at it. Having already infested the minor wound with various things such as mud, Kate didn't wish to inflict more pain upon it. The smallest wounds often had the sharpest of stings...that was true to some extent.
Her humming continued as she opened her eyes up, glancing at a soul rain drop that had just escaped the clutches of a few glades of grass, it sliding down its figure at a slow pace. Just noticing this little detail caused a gentle smile to pass over Kate's innocent features. Soon, a voice echoed out behind her, causing her heart to literally miss a beat. Her humming cut off in an insane rush of embarrassment, a faint shot of rose color flooding her cheeks.
Curiously, yet afraid, she forced herself to turn her head toward the direction of the voice. It took a moment for her eyes to adjust to the light, but when they did she successfully managed to notice a figure standing within the minor gloom of the nearby trees. Seeing a friendly smile placed upon the stranger's face caused some relief to wash over her,a visible sigh relaxing her body as she gently adjusted herself. Relaxing her wight upon the back of her legs as she motivated herself to sit upon her knees, Kate tried to show a positive smile - only for it to be reduced due to her timid nature.
Unable to really see the young man's features with her sight, Kate found herself nodding at his question. "...V-very nice" She murmured softly in response to it, trying to force herself to look more relaxed than she felt.Subconsciously, she rose to her feet slowly, dusting her hands upon her jean leg - only to wince out loud. Her eyes slowly locked upon the wound which seemed to resist bleeding, but pulsed in pain. Such a vibe caused her to cough nervously, glancing back up to the stranger with a weaker smile.
Having rose to a new light, Kate's eyes widened only faintly in curiosity at noticing a distinct feature. Red....eyes? Inwardly shrugging to such an aspect, she felt her shoulder slump, causing her height to shrink that little bit more. Still, she couldn't really notice anything else about him that struck her as odd....
Still, the small curiosity killed the cat phrase always seemed to flash in supreme neon lights, her mind latching onto this each time. After a moment of silence, Kate rubbed the back of her neck with her free hand, nervous. "....very nice indeed" She muttered just that little bit louder, proud of herself for doing so.

Zavier watched Kate with curiosity, it wasnt often people wandered around the woods by themselves, he knew though that she was lucky she was trying to stay on Edwards good side. Not that he wanted to harm Kate in anyway, he was normally a picky eater, sometimes his animal side got the better of him. 'Sorry if I scared you... I wasnt expecting to see anyone around here.' He wondered what she was doing so deep into the woods, they werent the safest place for a girl to be all alone. He watched her wince and frowned slightly moving over to her and gently taking her hand, as he did so Kate felt a calming wave wash over her.
'Someone out treking alone should always come prepared' He smirked a little 'Although I myself have also neglected that, this should help a little.' He pulled from his bag a bottle of brown liquid, iodine, and ripped off a strap of cloth from his shirt. He always found it useful to have iodine, more so because it tainted the smell of blood. Although it was also because he was a trained doctor and liked to help people when he could. 'Sorry...This is gonna sting.' He tore the scrap into a long strip and a smaller one, soaking the smaller one he cleaned up her hand and with the larger one wrapped it up.
He did it quickly and precisely, it was obviously something he had done many times before. Although he was well known in the big cities as a psychiatrist he had other medical talents under his belt. 'There we go, I'm Zavier by the way' He smiled to her, despite his red eyes he was a good person by nature. He liked helping people even if he was a little rebelleous sometimes.

Kate felt unsure on how to respond toward the stranger who had happened to come across her path as she'd previously been relaxing. Seeing as she'd snapped out of such a state, everything seemed more aware and enhanced as she watched him curiously. It was her defense that seemed to get the overall better of her personality was she felt her hand instantly being grasped within his. The shock from the iced touch that seemed to enhance his palm caused her eyes to widen in awe and once again, shock. Although, it was extremely conscious change that seemed to course as if like magic as she felt herself relaxing, her own hand loosing all signs of tension.
"..I didn't plan on getting hurt" She tried to explain softly, voice timid although sharp in defense as she rose a brow curious to what on earth this stranger was now doing to her wounded hand. Despite his ever alluring red gaze that had seemed to catch Kate's attention more than anything else, she found her gaze drifting to his hand movements. A spark of interest instantly formed at noticing the small brown bottle in which he had revealed from an area she couldn't locate, but her mind became instantly distracted as she picked up on the tearing noise of material. Just knowing that he'd preformed such an action caused a gentle rush of crimson to flood her usually snow like skin. Trying to focus on the overall situation instead of this one minor thing, she let out a shaky breath just confused. "I..It-" A sharp yelp interrupted Kate's sentence as the iodine connected with the raw wound of her cut.
Despite the floor of calm that had overcame her fragile body, she sadly couldn't prevent the hiss that left her gentle plump lips as she tried to prevent the stinging from causing any more pain. This of course was a failure, her teeth instantly latching onto her lower lip in attempts to distract her mind from the current events. As a small amount of moments passed, Kate found her voice returning to its normal quiet state as she glanced up toward the young man who had just previously introduced himself as Zavier. Inwardly admitting to not hearing such a name, Kate felt an overwhelming sense of thanks seeing as the pain in which had overcame her hand from this small cut had began to fade into something that would no longer be considered as pain. "...I...than..thanks!" She managed to stammer out after a few attempts, the nervous aura in which she'd situated herself in winning once more in her personality clash.
It was then she noticed his gaze upon her, her features relaxing into a soft smile as she nodded as if to confirm her thanks. "...I'm Kate, by the way" She added quickly, feeling the crimson within her cheeks increasing greatly. What an idiot she must have looked!

Zavier just smiled gently, he knew humans were so fragile and didnt possess the dexterity of a vampire. He was glad for having the iodine in his bag, it had saved him a few times before. He felt free to breath freely around her now as the strong smell of iodine really wasnt appetising at all. 'Sorry about that, it should be fine now though' He looked at her blush and smiled, she certainly did seem like the nervous sort, but Zavier didnt mind that.
'Nice to meet you kate, I havent seen you around Forks before...' Then again he had only been in the area a month or so, she could have easily slipped him by. He sat down casually, he was used to pretending to be human it almost came naturally to him. He looked up to the cloudy sky and smiled, good old Forks, no wonder the Cullens loved this place.

Kate's blush didn't fade despite the calm aura that had flooded within her harsh pumping veins. Judging by the increasing pressure her cheeks where feeling due to the unwanted rush of blood, it was obvious to tell her heart had decided to remain in overdrive due to situation which had happened rather to quickly for her liking. Still, the sensation of stinging felt as though it was echoing out across her palm - the pain fading with each longing echo that seemed to take its own precious time in fading away.
Trying to concentrate herself from the fading pain, Kate looked up toward Zavier - concentrating on his crimson gaze. She had to admit, such eyes fascinated her beyond belief, for she was often easily distracted in such causes. This caused her to only catch onto the end of his sentence, her gaze seemingly clearing as she smiled weakly in response, unable to really do more. "...I've always lived around La Push" Kate managed to respond, tone remaining more timid than powerful as she found her gaze diverting to the wound in which the material had so professionally been wrapped around. Just noticing the extent of brilliance in such a small thing caused multiple questions to pop into her mind, each probably not to be answered any time soon.
After all, in all due respect Kate didn't even know the man known as Zavier to even question to such things. All she could successfully admit was that she knew his name, and that his eyes.... Once more she found herself easily distracted by such a wonder to what was indeed his eye color. Noticing the sudden catch of her attention shrink, Kate shook her head as if to rid herself of thinking over and over such immature findings. Instead, she tried to remain calm by throwing a warmer smile within his directing, body still forcibly relaxed to a state in which she couldn't begin to understand.
Although, her back soon found itself embedded toward a nearby tree as she allowed her physical side to relax along with her mind. After a moment, she cleared her throat in hopes to cut the raw tension between the two. "...I'll admit, I haven't seen you either" She pointed out, tone still remaining quiet as she began to fidget with her hands faintly, her fingers gently tugging at the loose strands in which where attached to the torn material covering the wound on her bare palm. Although, she found that she had to force herself to not seemingly stare upon the figure known as Zavier, down to basic respect in which she had for most people.
After all, if following a small golden rule in which it classed for those to treat others as they'd wish to be treated, Kate would always find it a more comfortable area if people didn't often stare at her shrunk and timid form. Then again, her curiosity often reigned over most physical and mental choices, for her head subconsciously rose to glance to him once more - noticing that his own gaze was now locked upon the sky. She couldn't help but smile a little wider at this, also allowing her own blue gaze to travel slowly to the sky, her vision blocked faintly by the multiple trees guarding her vision.
Beauty was what she saw this as...and the joy she felt was indeed amazing. Even if her mother had died within this very area of the forest she'd grown to love and adore in many ways possible.

Zavier tilted his head slightly watching her blush, he was used to girls going a bit strange in his presence, but Kate seemed so be very withdrawn and nervous. He could see her interest in his eyes, they were darker than they usually were but thats because Edward had forbade him to feed from the area. He was planning on taking a trip to Seattle soon to fill his need, he really didnt need Edward on his back over it. He normally didnt let his hunger get this far, Kate was lucky he had over 300 years of controlling his hunger otherwise Edward or no Edward, she would have been his meal.
He heard her speak and a strange look came over his face as he looked around 'Are we in La Push here?' He was really hoping not, but then again Edward hadnt really shown him the borders... It wasnt like there was a line drawn out on the forest floor or anything. He sighed inwardly, great if he was Edward would find out and he could say goodbye to a peacefuk relationship with the Cullens. He looked back to Kate once again smiling 'Sorry, the forest looks the same to me where ever I am'
He chuckled lightly 'I am glad we finally have... I dont know many people here, I am still an outsider.' He wondered if he would ever feel at home in the area. He would like to think it was possible, but he had his doubts. If things continued the way they were Zavier would end up going back to his life before in the big cities of the US. He had always fancied a quiet life though, but his gift along with his trained will to help people meant that he was better off in places with a larger amount of people.

Kate forcefully kept her gaze on the sky, gaze soon growing to be more innocent as she tried her best to see past the greenery that protected the sky from being noticed from the ground. Her eyes slowly squinted, arms hanging by her sides as she felt the nervous twisting in her stomach continue to a state it almost made her feel ill. Of course, she tried her overall best to prevent the sensation from growing, and concentrated upon Zavier's voice when he next spoke. Hearing the question, she glanced toward him, startled to notice the new expression which had taken over his facial features. Trying her best not to stumble over her words as she did previously, she began to shake her head softly.
"N-no...we're still in Forks" She admitted for sure, knowing most of the area a little to well for her liking. Just realizing this made her feel some what ashamed, noticing that she'd often spend her free moments wandering around areas such as the forest. Though, her reasons for doing so where not the most pleasent...
Shrugging off such a track of thought, Kate forced herself to try and smile a lot warmer, nodding in agreement slowly. "I...do suppose it all looks the same" She murmured in a light tone, and took on the information in which he was providing with great care. After all, her curiosity often took over her self preservation. Gently adjusting her stance within the seemingly constant growing layers of grass that was now currently caressing her legs. There aren't...so many people to know" She chimed quietly after inhaling a deep breath to try and calm her nervous stutter that often formed subconsciously within her speech. This was indeed true...hence why she probably had took an instant liking to the most area of Forks.
Being the timid young girl that she was, she often felt more secure in areas with lesser people - even if this could often lead to those irritating tense moments. In fact, noticing as her silence had managed to allow a hole for this tension to escape into, she tried her best to say something. After some time, she inhaled once more. So....irm...you say you're an outsider?" She inquired curiously.

Zavier sighed in relief, well at least that was one less thing to worry about. If he didnt give Edward any reason to hate him then maybe he would stay away from him. He too looked up to the canopy, he loved the forest here, it was so thick even if it was sunny he would be safe from the suns rays. 'Sorry I know its a really odd question' He chuckled lightly, at himself more than anything, he looked back to Kate, she seemed so nervous around him, or maybe that was just her personality? Zavier was used to dealing with people with all kind of personalities, though the ones that upset him the most were the timid and scared ones. He always wanted to help them the most, help them blossom and grow into something bigger and beautiful.
He smiled at her comments about it all looking the same 'Yes, it does. Its so beautiful though, thats why I come here so often. Its a great place to find your thoughts I find.' Also it was a place he was less likely to run into temptation, though it seemed that on this particular day he had failed majorly on this one. 'Yeah Forks isnt that big, but I like it, thats why I moved here in the first place really.' It suited his every needs, of course it would have been better if it didnt also happen to be the territory of a coven of Vampires but hey, nothings perfect.
He let her take her time, letting her take control of the conversation, perhaps the more she spoke to him the more she would relax, at least thats normally what happened. 'Yeah, only been in Forks about a month or so. I moved from New York so its quite a change. I needed to have a break though, needed a new direction in life.' The life in the New York medical world had grown boring, it was always the same thing. Lately his work seemed to be more focused around the media and his publications then actually helping people, which is what he wanted. 'I got the impression people from La Push didnt come to Forks much' He tilted his head curiously, wondering if this indeed was true. It seemed that the two towns had very little reason to mix.

Kate nodded in light curiosity as she took in this information in which was being provided. Her eyes still remained up above her as they trailed each area of the green canopy elapsing the view of the previously bright blue sky. From this point of view, she found it almost impossible to make out any clouds that could possibly be floating up over head, the suns rays also being blocked by the seemingly overgrown leaves that grew from the multiple trees surrounding the pair. The mention of the big apple made Kate's gaze lower in a once more timid form, eyes slowly locking upon the features along Zavier's face. She had to admit, he seemed to be friendly - eyes warm, despite their eye catching and odd color. Yet, it was just the warmth which caused some relief to bubble within her.
"...Irm...New York?" She began quietly, actually speaking with honesty as she debated over her next words. Trying not to seem to rude toward him, she gently began to rub her palms together. You dropped there for Forks..." She trailed off in her own area of disbelief, a startled expression blooming without any realization. Unaware that the tension in her shoulders was now beginning to slack to a grand extent, causing her to subconsciously sigh. Though, the question managed to catch her slightly off guard - even if it wasn't a tricky one. She shrugged aimlessly, a smile growing a lot more relaxed - softening. "I...actually moved into Forks" She explained, palms unwrapping as she placed them within both her pockets. "Dad's big plan for moving around in life I guess...." She trailed off as she simply thought over the true reason behind their relocating over the border. Yes, it was indeed an odd choice...but she'd always accepted it as her Father's bizarre way of grieving.
Just to think that he couldn't bare to be within the same town in which her mother had died, it saddened her deeply. Yet, only a tone of timid joy was shown across her expression as she let out a faintly nervous laugh at the end of her answered reply. "Though, I've noticed the tension between the two" She admitted in a murmur, truly thinking into it now that it had been brought to her attention. Then again, the common term of curiosity killed the cat once more entered her mind in a bright aura. Yet, even though this line seemed to follow her around like a constant omen, it didn't prevent her from doing anything...
Titling her head to the right softly, stance adjusting as she stepped a little closer and yet to the right also, Kate nodded as if to confirm her previous moment of speech. It was then the silence settled again. Unknowingly, the tension began to rise within her shoulders once more, smile never once fading.

Zavier was rather enjoying the moment, there in the woods with this girl. There was something about her that drew him, made him wan to get to know her. Perhaps it was because he had been working with peoples feelings and emotions for so long he felt drawn to those who were more timid and reserved. He was sure though if Edward knew he had been in the woods alone with a human he would flip big time, but he didnt care right now. He hadnt yet spoken with the others, though Edward made him hesitant to do that. He didnt want a fight, just a peaceful life away from the hustle and bustle really.
Yeah, sounds real odd no?' He smirked, the Big Apple was every vampires dream, so many people got killed there that vampire feeding could go un noticed very easily. 'I had some things I needed to get away from...' Like his fame, you couldnt be in the spotlight as one of the countries best known psycho analysts and stay there... Someone would notice eventually that you didnt get older. It was a miracle he managed to fool people into thinking he was into his late twenties. He was happy though here in Forks not having to worry about looking older than he actually did. His eyes met hers and he quickly added 'Not bad things though, just needed to get away from the busy life style' He smiled, great she probably thought he was some murderer or something, well she would be right in theory.
Zavier frowned a little wondering what it was that Kate seemed to be holding back, but her shook it off, it wasnt really any of his business. 'Yeah, you can say that again' He smirked a little, he hadnt been to La Push, he knew now he wasnt allowed anyway. He hadnt met any of the wolves either though that was something he was intending on avoiding too. He rather liked living.
Zavier watched her step forward and smiled, he didnt want to appear scary or frightening to her. Sure the eyes didnt help but there was little he could do about that. He noticed as the tension returned to her and he stepped forward gently touching her arm letting his relaxed emotions spread from him to her. 'You okay?' [[Dont worry about it I understand ]]

Just trying to debate over the ever growing tension between Forks and La Push seemed to bloom and spark a new hint of curiosity toward Kate. She continued to think over reasons why both could hold such an awkward aura between the both, and yet, not one reason could possibly enter her mind. Admitting such a thing, she felt stupid. There obviously was a plain reason behind it all - yet she wasn't able to see or even figure it out. Just knowing this frustrated her to a more irritated extent, yet her expression remained faintly warm and soft, the inner battle of her self thought stupidity raging on.
Yet, she continued to listen to Zavier, despite all of this inner conflict. She rose a brow only just as she took in such information. Get away from things? Multiple excuses for such a reason where then thought of in mere seconds, yet, with his previous area of living being such a grand and famous area with the United States, it was easy to say that the reasons could be doubled and doubled in the amount to what the brunette had managed to come up with. Her stance once again adjusted, shoulders remaining braced within her own self guard as she crossed her arms loosely over her boyish chest. Subconsciously, her arched brow rose just a tad bit further as Zavier finished off his small reasoning behind leaving the grand grasp of New York. A small nod formed, Kate's gaze showing a small extent of understanding. "...Sounds like...a good enough reason" She admitted in a quiet tone, throwing a more lop sided smile in his direction. Her cheeks gently creased as a soul dimple formed within her right cheek, the smile more childish than ordinary.
Kate found herself taking a small stumble back as Zavier's body pushed forward in a single step, expression remaining friendly as it had within the whole of the conversation between the pair. She watched his hand extend toward her, arms prepared to shoot in front of her face in defense, yet, she soon felt as though such things didn't matter. The sudden formation of relaxation did come as a confusion to Kate, her brows furrowing as she felt his oddly cold brush of a touch along her shoulder. Although, nothing seemed to stay in her mind as her shoulders visibly slumped into a more relaxed and slouched position. Despite this, her small form stubbornly kept her head high, along with her posture being more straight than curved.
It took a moment for Zavier's question to process within her mind, each nerve seemingly fading into a more mellow state. Yet, she continued to smile only faintly as she subconsciously nodded. "...I...yes, I'm ok" She managed to stammer eventually, her tone a lot more on the softer side as she glanced at Zavier's expression. His eyes still managed to bring the utter most curiosity to her petite self, but she controlled the urge to just blurt out questions which could obviously be considered as rude. Yet, the burning urge loomed within her gut, prowling as if seeking its prey.
Despite all of this, she just nodded once more as if in a tiny form of confirmation. "....I...think the forest makes me a little mellow" She concluded toward the reason behind her sudden soothing of posture and emotion. After all, nothing else could truly influence it...right? Just thinking that something else could caused the lightest shiver to run along Kate's neck.
[[Phew Thanks dudey, I've just felt awful getting no where near a pc for long enough to do something all week haha, thank you *hugs*]]

Life in New York had been hard for him, with people knowing hiw face and the media always eager to snap some photo or get some bit of gossip he had grown so weary. He was glad for the peace he found in Forks, even if it was tainted slightly. Away from that life he could live as normal, after all he couldnt go back to his life again. Not for a long time anyway, not since he became well known. The life of the never aging vampire was such a hard one if you chose to live as humans did. Especially if like Zavier you chose to drink human blood still. Many judged him from that fact alone without even speaking to him.
'Yeah, its nice to be able to chill out every now and then' He chuckled a little as he dug at the dirt a little with his shoe. He was having to get used to doing things himself again, he had free time to do what ever he wanted. He was tempted to get a job at the hospital at first, but someone might recognise him and he couldnt deal with that, his cover would be blown. Of course there was also the matter of Carlisle, he had heard all about Carlisle, the young yet excellent handsome pale faced doctor who worked there... He didnt fancy getting caught up with another Cullen, having to deal with one was bad enough.
Zavier frowned at Kates reaction as he stepped forward, his mind suddenly starting to analyse everthing she did as he had become so accustomed to doing. 'Are you sure?' His tone of voice soft and gentle, he was so used to dealing with people with emotional problems that moments like this were almost second nature to him. His hand remained gently supporting her arm in a caring manner, letting her feed off his relaxed state as he smirked a little 'Its one of the reasons I come here... no distractions, no worries, just calming surroundings... Is that why you are here?' He tilted his head slightly wondering why she was out here all alone like this. [[Dont worry I understand people have lives even if I dont rofl]]

Kate's relaxed shoulders never once ceased as she tilted her head softly in Zavier's direction, her foot twisting in the smallest sighs of nervousness despite the calm that had infested her aura. "...I'm perfectly...fine" She whispered quietly, flashing him a lop sided smile - it weak yet innocent in appearance. She was honestly trying her best to loosen herself of her own accord, and to also open up to the young man in front of her. After all, unleashing yourself often helped in the more awkward situations, even if the other person didn't seem to be so stuck.
Eager to do so, Kate inhaled deep and tried to show a more friendly expression. After all, he was being pretty friendly to her. She slowly glanced to his palm, the cold touch once more striking her as odd - just like his crimson gaze that seemed to be watching her concerned. "I...I suppose that's why I'm here" She admitted softly, although the other reason behind her visit was indeed more depressing and sorrowful. Not wishing to admit this in the open, she crossed her arms softly and smiled that little bit more. "I...wouldn't think of you as someone who had a lot of problems" She admitted, trying to make a successful conversation on her behalf.
