The trees here were very tall. Almost as tall as the skyscrapers from Zarah's hometown, and other cities, including Seattle. She was living in Seattle now, but the forests around it caught her interest. This was close to where she had first drank in this region, or where she had at all, because she hadn't since then.
Zarah tensed at the things lurking in the shadows. They were all animals, but the mystery of how easy it would be to hide here stayed. She wasn't sure why, but she thought that there might be more than just animals near by. She thought about saying something stupid, like "Show yourself!", but didn't. That was the downside to city-life. Even though she was a vampire, she still felt slightly overwhelmed in the huge forest. She did like how she could run free in it. She didn't know she could run so fast.

Christian jumped down from the tree he'd been perched in which was only a few feet away from where Zarah stood he'd picked her scent up earlier but didn't want to scare her that wasn't the plan, clearly she seemed alarmed anyways. '' Sorry Ma'am'' He said as he smiled now standing before her he didn't mean to scare anyone, no he wasn't from the south but he often mimicked accents other people had not trying to make fun of them or anything it was just something he liked to do. '' Name's Christian, You are ?'' Chris asked as he ran his fingers threw his curly hair, looked into her crimson red eyes they were the same color as his but he had a wife he had to be a good boy even though his mate often flirted with other men he chose to be faithful to her.
(Sorry it's bad.)

When Zarah saw someone jump out from the tree, she jumped a bit. There was no need to be scared, but the sudden appearance was just one of the fears that not even vampirism could train her out of. She'd always be startled, because she'd grown up in the city, where almost everything was what it seemed. That was odd, but even if someone was going to jump at you from an alley, it was from a clear cut angle and not hidden by fog from a huge mysterious tree.
''Sorry Ma'am,'' he said smiling. He had a bit of an accent. "Name's Christian, You are?" he continued.
"I'm Zarah." She felt a bit of an odd, uneasy feeling. She'd met another vampire, like Zavier in Seattle. Zavier had said that others of their kind were rare around here... Why would he lie? Maybe he didn't know about Christian, or just didn't come around the small towns.
"Hello Christian. How long have you been in this area?" Zarah asked him in a way that felt oddly formal. If he had been here for long, then Zavier probably knew. Zarah didn't like being lied to, and she hoped that the first vampire she met here could be her friend, and not a liar.

'' It's very nice to meet you Zarah, as far as how long I've been here. Um about a month or so give or take.'' Christian said smiling the girl was very pretty but he had to be a good boy or his mate would have his head for breakfast well not really he just didn't like flirting cause it made him feel bad when his mate did it, so he chose to be a good boy at all times even in the presences of another vampire. The young lad didn't know what else to say mainly because this was the 1st time since he arrived in forks that he'd been away from the secluded area of the house he shared with his mate, zarah made him feel uneasy mainly because she was very pretty.
(sorry it's bad my muse died on me.)

''It's very nice to meet you Zarah, as far as how long I've been here. Um about a month or so give or take.''
Zarah nodded. "I just got here. Well, I actually I was in Seattle for a few days. I came in through here about a week ago." Zarah wondered if she should ask Christian about Zavier. If Christian knew of Zavier, then Zavier should know of him... And Zarah would feel betrayed by Zavier. If Christian didn't know Zavier, then things would be good...
Whether or not Zarah was going to ask him that, she still had to say something. Just standing there would make her look stupid to Christian. Maybe she should ask another question first.
"Have you ever been to New York? That's where I'm from. The forest is so strange compared to the city. No flashing lights, no noise, well from people anyway. The animals make plenty of noise," Zarah said while glaring at a smug looking bird that was making a very annoying noise. When it caught her vampire glare, it flew away into the sky, making an even more annoying sound.
(You don't need to apologize, I normally sound worse than you do right now on role playing sites, I just kinda hit a good streak right now) ;D

'' So I see. '' Christian said running his fingers threw his hair as he let a sigh escape his lips there was something about Zarah that interested him, he wanted to be unfaithful to his mate but he couldn't be cause well there was a ring on his finger which meant he was committed to his mate. '' No I've never been new york well actually I take that Back Silvia, I visited the big apple briefly just last year.'' He said as he watched her every move finding himself even more interested by her, there was just about her so he wanted to ask her if she had a place of a coven to call her own cause she seemed rather lonely. Christian had learned to ignore the sounds of the forest because well he only came to the forest when he felt like he needed to get away or just think, he had tecniques on how to block out the noise.
