Carlisle had brought Fae'Lee back to the house after talking to Charlie. They had both decided that the best thing for her since she had started screaming when Charlie tried taking her from him. Fae had looked at the house in awe as Carlisle had brought her in, she had never seen a house so big. He had carried her gently and helped her undress out of her bloody clothes. After all being covered in blood in a house of Vampires wasnt the best idea.
Fae'Lee had been surpisingly calm through it all, and very trusting with Carlisle. She had a single spare dress in her small backpack but it wasnt going to be enough to last her very long. She had however gotten rather distressed when Carlisle tried examining her various bruises. After he was sure she was okay and clean he had laid her down to nap downstairs whilst he had gone to his study to call and talk to Charlie more about the situation.
Fae'Lee had been exhausted but suprisingly didnt sleep long. When she woke she had to take a moment to remember all the things that had happened. She frowned and looked around seeing her small bag at the end of the sofa she crawled over to it, opening it and removing some paper and a small pencil. She hopped off the couch and leaned against the coffee table as she started to draw. She used to draw a lot at home but her Daddy used to hit her when he found them, he didnt like her drawing and she didnt know why. She drew quickly and quietly, her tongue poking out between her lips in concentration.
After a while the picture began to form, a pencil sketch of Carlisles face, the Angel who had saved her in the forest. The sketch was almost life like, it certainly wasnt something you would expect from a child, especially one so young. She was concentrating hard but as soon as she heard movement behind her she grabbed the paper hiding it behind her back looking to the source of the noise. Fae'Lee stood stunned seeing the most beautiful woman she had ever seen standing staring at her, seeming equally shocked. After a stunned moment Fae'Lee swallowed and asked the question lingering in her mind. 'Are you an Angel too?'

Rosalie had spent the majority of the beginning of the day out shopping. The Cullen's had so much going on than they normally did. It was overwhelming, so Rose spent the day out shopping. She thought about asking Alice to accompany her, but decided against it for she wanted some time to herself, at least a little. She entered the house carrying numerous bags from various places. She ran them up to her room but on the way she caught an unfamiliar scent. She wasn't at all too surprised, having dealt with everything that was going on. But she figured she would go and check out what it was. When looking into the scent more [and being able to see who the scent belonged to] she noticed it was a child. Oh, great. she thought. She saw that the girl was sleeping, so she decided not to bother her. She went back upstairs and unpacked what she bought.
Soon after, Rosalie heard the small girl wake up. She threw away the bags and silently walked down stairs to see what the child was doing. When Rosalie got there, she smiled at the sight of the girl drawing. From where she was standing [with the help of her enhanced eyesight] she could tell what she was drawing. Rosalie raised an eyebrow as she noticed that it was a sketch of Carlisle. So Carlisle brought her here. Why would he? she wondered. Rose was also appalled at the fact that the sketch was so well-drawn, even if the girl was a mere child.
Rosalie gracefully moved over to the other side of the young girl, to the right of her by the coffee table. "Hi there." She greeted, smiling warmly. She figured that the girl had been brought to the Cullen house from the hospital, so Rosalie decided to be nice and welcoming to the girl, assuming she had gone through some hardships in the past. Rosalie was a little confused as the girl hid the drawing from her eye of sight, not like it would have actually hidden the paper from her however. Rosalie bit her lip lightly. The girl had asked basically the same question that Emmett had when he first saw her. The answer was still the same as before, "Um, no. I'm not." She didn't want to go into detail like what she said to Emmett, "The farthest thing," for she didn't want to scare the girl.

Fae'Lee looked to the woman in total awe, she had never seen a woman so beautiful. The picture remained behind her back, she didnt show anyone her pictures, she was too scared too. Still though she had never been hurt by a woman before so maybe it was okay, but old habits were hard to ignore. Although Carlisle obviously knew of her troubled past the dress that she wore hid the secrets underneath. Her daddy had always made sure her clothes covered her bruises, all her clothes had long sleeves. Normally she wore thick tights on her legs too, but her only pair was covered in blood. She shifted her legs uncomfortably feeling bare knowing that bruises old and new alike were on display.
'Do you live here with the Angel then?' She was curious who this woman was, she was still fairly tired and confused. Her small fingers tightened around the paper, scrunching it a little in her hands. She wasnt used to seeing new people and the day had been a tough one on her. It was almost like a fairytale, except her mommy wasnt there any more to share it wih her. The thought of her mommy lying in the forest alone made tears form in her eyes, she missed her mommy and she had no one left. The only person she had now was the Angel who found her, but the police had wanted to take her away from him. Tears started to roll down her cheeks the more she thought about it.
She tried so hard to keep it all in, she was used to being strong for her mommy, but she wasnt there anymore. She felt so alone and scared that she didnt know how to be strong. She let out a sob as she moved forward flinging her small arms around Rosalie as the tears flowed freely, she didnt know why she did it. She wanted comfort, but she didnt know where to find it now her mommy was gone. 'I want my mommy' She whispered as she sobbed quietly.

Rosalie couldn't help but smile as the young girl stared at her in awe. She noticed the discomfort in the girl as she moved her legs. Rosalie nodded as the girl asked if she lived here with the angel. "Yes, I do." she replied. She figured that the "Angel" the girl was talking about was Carlisle, even though Emmett had refered to Carlisle as God, and Rosalie as the angel, but whatever. "I do live here with...the Angel." Rosalie continued. Rosalie heard the small scrunching sound of Fae'Lee's fingers around the paper, but showed no reaction.
Rosalie softened when she noticed tears form in the young girl's eyes. Almost instantly, forgetting about her vampire speed in which she used, she went to the girl's side and knelt down to her height. As the tears fell from her eyes, Rosalie wrapped her arms around the small girl. She had always wanted a child, and the sight of any child in tears saddened Rosalie to an extent. She picked her up and placed her on her knee when she sat down on the couch beside the coffee table. "Shhh." Rosalie soothed, maternal instincts kicking in. She hugged the young girl tighter, but careful enough not to hurt her. Rosalie rocked the young girl back and forth, trying to comfort her. She placed her lips lightly on the girl's forehand soothingly.

Fae seemed a little comforted by her words, if she lived with the Angel then she had to be good... Maybe she was an Angel but trying to hide it? As Faes arms wrapped around Rosalie her grip on the paper slipped and the drawing fell to the floor, she buried her small face into her, noticing that just like the Angel who had saved her that her skin was incredibley cold. She took in a deep breath and smiled at the sweet scent, yes this woman was just like the other Angel who had brought her here. She looked up into Rosalies eyes as she kissed her forehead gently, those wonderful golden eyes that were too perfect for any human to ever have and she offered Rosalie a shy smile.
She knew she would never see her mommy again, the other Angel had said so. She had already said her goodbye, yet Fae'Lee couldnt help but feel lost. Her whole world had been turned upside down, her mother, the only one who ever loved her was gone and here she was amongst Angels. Though she had noticed the lack of wings Fae had contemplated the idea that maybe they were Fallen Angels working to gain gods favour back? It was the only thing she could come up with. She wiped away her tears with the palms of her hands, she was used to being strong for her mommy, she couldnt stop being strong becase she wasnt there.
She had never been treated this way by anyone but her mother, she felt herself sigh as she buried her face into Rosalies chest again. She could feel as her stomach rumbled gently, it had been such a long day. Though she ignored it, it was something she was used to by now. She was far more curious about the Angel that held her now than anything about herself. 'Your so pretty... Whats your name?' She hadnt asked the other Angel his name, but she had been so distraught that she never asked. She wanted to know so many things, but she had been told asking questions was rude, she flinched a little in her arms remembering what her Daddy would do when she asked questions.

Rosalie ignored the drawing falling from the young girl's hands, she had already seen it so she didn't need to make it known. To regular, carnivorous vampires, the scent of this young, innocent smile would have been all too tempting, but Rosalie didn't even think about killing her. The sympathetic side of her knew that she had been through a lot recently, so being bitten and killed probably wouldn't do much good to her. Rosalie gently placed her pale hand behind the young girl's head, rocking her back and forth. She removed her hand as Fae'Lee looked up at Rosalie. Rosalie smiled back as she smiled at her. Rose wasn't too familiar with religion in her human life, so she didn't gain a lot of knowledge during her change into a vampire. She only knew what she had skimmed through in the Bible.
With her enhanced hearing, Rosalie could hear the faint rumbling of Fae'Lee's stomach. She grew happy that Esme insisted that the family stocked up on human food. Of course, no one in the household regularly would eat it, so it was just there for show. But Rosalie grew thankful that Esme went out to get groceries. She made a mental note to ask the girl whether or not she wanted something to eat if the growling grew louder. Rosalie smiled as the girl asked her for her name and complimented her. "My name is Rosalie, you can call me Rose. She smiled at the young girl. "What's your name, sweetheart?" she asked, she felt as if she had a small and slight connection to this young child. Rosalie rocked the girl a little back and forth as she felt her flinch a little.

Fae'Lee liked this lady, she was just like the Angel who had taken her there. The same cold skin, pale face, beautiful looks and sweet smell. The other Angel had brought her here and protected her from the Police when they tried to take her away, how could she not trust this lady holding her close and loveingly like her mommy once did? Fae'Lee bit her lip slightly as Rosalie spoke and giggled a little. Her voice was so soft and welcoming 'Fae... Fae Leigh Rose...' She giggled again finding it amusing that their names matched. 'Mommy called me Fae'Lee'.
She looked at rose's face and curiously reached up touching her cheek with the tips of her fingers. She admired the smooth cold skin and then quickly pulled her hand away blushing deeply. She felt safe in Rosalies arms, it wasnt a feeling she was used to really. She liked it though, her only regret was that her mommy wasnt there to share it with her. 'Are there others like you here too?' Fae was curious about the house of Angels, she wondered if there were more she would meet to. She wasnt really used to meeting new people, but she was strangely excited about it, yet another emotion she had little experience with.

Rosalie wasn't too sure as to why Fae'Lee was here, in the home with vampires. But she decided not to ask her herself, she figured she would ask Carlisle whose scent lingered on the little girl. Rosalie smiled at Fae's giggle at the two's matching names. "Well, Fae'Lee, you have such a pretty name."
Rosalie was a little shocked that the girl hadn't flinched at the touch of her cold, pale skin. Though Fae had blushed deeply, Rose didn't feel the urge to attack her with the intent to satisfy her thirst. She chuckled at her curiosity, it had been something that never happened, though, Rosalie's "human" scene took place in either the hospital Carlisle worked at, or the high school she and her "siblings" attended. But Rosalie didn't react badly to it, she figured being calm at this point would be a wise decision. Rosalie hesitated at Fae'Lee's question. "There are." she responded. Then the thought hit her. There was a small chance that Alice would have probably would have seen this scenario happening -if her head wasn't hurting as bad. And if she had the vision, Edward would have read it, Jasper would have felt their most likely shocked emotions and want to know what happened. Emmett would probably demand what happened, seeing as if the others had a small idea as to what was going on. Carlisle knew of it and surely Esme would be on Rosalie's side, seeing as if she was open to having small children in the household, human or not. Then another thought struck her. Jasper's self-control wasn't to its full potential around humans, "Surely the others would prevent it from happening before it had occurred. Rosalie thought, referring to if Jasper attacked young Fae'Lee.

Fae'Lee giggled and blushed slightly as Rosalie said she had a pretty name. No one used to call her Fae'Lee but her mum, her dad had a rather wide arrange of names for her, none of them pleasent. She liked her name, it reminded her of the princesses and fairies in the stories her mommy used to tell her. 'Thankyou...' She looked away a little shyly, not used to compliments from anyone. She really liked this Angel too, both of them seemed so kind, she guessed it was because they were Angels.
She watched her face curiously as she hesitated and then answered. A smile broke out across her face and she wondered if they were all like Rosalie and the other Angel. She was happy sitting on her lap, even though her skin was cold it didnt bother her. She was used to being cold anyway so it really didnt bother her. 'Will I get to meet them too?' She hoped so, she was starting to like this meeting new people thing... Especially when they were all so pretty and kind like Rosalie.
Fae looked down to Rosalies necklace and with her fingers traced the creature on it. She had never seen anything like it before and she was curious. 'Whats this mean?' She was perhaps being too curious, she knew her daddy didnt like her being curious. Then again the other Angel had promised her daddy wouldnt ever bother her again... How could she not believe him?

Rosalie smiled as Fae'Lee giggled. It was a sweet sound, something that sounded like a soft musical scale on the piano -Rosalie would know. "You're welcome, sweetie." She smiled as she used her long, granite and cold index finger to brush a piece of hair that had fallen from Fae's head into her eyes and pushed it behind her ear. Rosalie hesitated once more. She wasn't sure how the others would take it, having a human who had blood running through her veins in the household. So she wasn't sure how to answer that. "You might." She replied, still in her sweet tone.
Rosalie looked down as Fae'Lee reached for her crest. She looked down as she reached and traced her hand across it. "It's something all of my family has. Do you like it?" Rosalie asked, she figured it may be a little too complicated for the young girl.
{ Gah, sorry it's short. Writer's Block hit me pretty hard }

Fae'Lee blushed faintly again as Rosalie brushed her hair aside. Carlisle had helped wash it though, but only to get rid of the blood that had covered it. The amount of trust the Fae had given to Carlisle had been amazing, but he had kept her safe from the police and he had promised to keep her safe. He also lived in a glass palace with other Angels and Fae'Lee felt glad he had come for her. She was curious when Rosalie hesitated at her question, she was hoping she would meet more of them. Surely though if she stayed there she would meet them eventually though?
Fae smiled shyly to Rosalie 'Are they all as pretty as you?' The other Angel had been so pretty and then she remembered something and took in a quick breath looking into Rosalies eyes 'Does your skin sparkle too? Like the Angels?' She had remembered looking up to see Carlisle bending down to her, his skin sparkling like diamonds as the rays of sun his his skin... It had been so beautiful, her eyes unfocused at the memory and she sighed slightly her head leaning against Rosalies chest.
She lifted the crest gently in her hands as she nodded slowly 'Its very pretty' She smiled gently then looked back to Rosalie interested in the way she said the family had. 'Does the Angel have one too?' If that was true then they were a family... Fae'Lee frowned a little at the thought, she had no family anymore and it made her sad. She however didnt want to show this upset her, she wanted to be a strong little girl. [[Its okay it happens]]

Rosalie could tell that Fae'Lee had most recently washed her hair, she could still smell the slight remains of the blood on some strands. Even if there were massive glomps of human blood on her head, she still wouldn't attack. She could tell that the girl had been through a lot, and if she followed through with her vampire instincts, than she would terribly frighten and scar Fae'Lee more.
Within this exchange between Rosalie and Fae she wondered how this young girl had come across the Cullen's path. She had a strong urge that Carlisle had been involved somehow, given his scent lingered on hers, but that was all she knew of it. She figured that Fae'Lee had been brought home from the hospital. Maybe she had a chronic disease that was too bad to keep her quarantined at the hospital. The chances of that were rare, but they would so rarely happen. Rosalie's heart wrenched at the thought of this young, human girl having some type of internal cancer or something. She hugged Fae'Lee tighter -but not tight enough to hurt her- and kissed her forehead lightly in a maternal way.
Rosalie chuckled as Fae asked if they were all pretty like her. She nodded in response. "They're pretty too, really pretty." She knew from her final, brief moments as a human that Carlisle, Esme and Edward seemed gorgeous to her [when she was human], being envious of the attention they got as a family. She also nodded when she asked about the skin sparkling. This could be really, really bad if she knows that we sparkle in the sun. she thought, masking any emotion about that from appearing on her face. Rosalie rocked her back and forth slightly as she felt Fae's head fall against her chest.
"Why, thank you." Rosalie smiled. She looked back at Fae as she looked at her too. Knowing that she was referring to Carlisle -even though it would really matter, all Cullens had one somewhere- she replied, "Yep. He has it on a ring." She replied, knowing that she was talking about Carlisle.
[[ Gah! Sorry for the extremely long wait. ]]

Fae'Lee beamed when Rosalie said they were all beautiful, and that they are sparkled in the light. So they were all Angels. She sighed happily and rested her head against Rosalie's cold hard chest, she was finding comfort in it, it reminded her of being held in Carlisle's arms when he took her away. 'My mommy was pretty, but not as pretty as you.' Her voice trembled slightly, she knew she would never see her mommy again, her last memory of her was of her beaten bloody corpse. 'But shes in Heaven now.'
She reached and curled her small fingers around the crest around Rosalie's neck, the crest symbolised family... She had none now. 'I wish... I had a family.' Her voice cracked a little as the tears started to come back, too much had happened in the past few hours. She was only just starting to realise what it all really meant. She knew the police man had wanted to take her away, she remembered feeling the Angels grip on her tighten as he had said those words. He had wanted to protect her, only her mother had ever wanted to protect her before. It made her feel special and loved.
She bit back her sobs and wiped her tears, she wasnt doing very well at this being brave stuff. She needed to be brave, and besides she had something to look forward too. She smiled slightly and looked to Rosalie 'The Angel said we could have Cake tomorrow' Her smile widened at the thought, if she could just focus on that then maybe everything would be okay. 'I've never had a Birthday Cake before...' She had never celebrated her birthday at all, but the Angel said they would. ((Hehe no probs - by the way Carlisle's crest is on his ring ))

Rosalie smiled when Fae's expression brightened. she felt the maternal feeling reappear as she leaned her head against her chest. Ever since her change, she had always been pained that she could never have another child. She savored this moment. She was never around other younger children that she could treat as if they were her own. She felt a special connection towards Fae'Lee that was a peculiar feeling that she never experienced before. A thought struck through Rosalie's mind. There was a slight chance that the family could keep Fae'Lee around; she knew some small facts about the family. Rosalie could only hope. "Thank you, sweetie." Rosalie smiled, but started to frown because of her dead mother. She kissed Fae'Lee's head lightly soothingly.
Rosalie didn't know how to respond to her wish of having a family. She used her long, pale, cold fingers to wipe away her tears. At times, Rosalie wished she was able to cry. The vampire life enabled her to not be able to cry, but it did not wipe away the feeling of it. Sometimes in her vampire life she wish she was able to just cry away the issue that made her feel so bad. By the looks of what Fae's physical appearance was, Rosalie could assume she had been through a lot. Even though she knew this young girl for only brief minutes -or hours? Rosalie lost track of time from her conversation with Fae- she had been angered slightly at the fact someone had tried to hurt this innocent girl.
Rosalie slapped on a smile as Fae mentioned a birthday. "He did? That's wonderful! It's your birthday tomorrow?" The family never celebrated birthdays anymore. They had no births, just deaths, and even they were fairly rare.
{{ Oh duh! haha, fixed that! }}

Fae'Lee sighed gently as Rosalie kissed the top of her head. She felt comfortable with Rosalie, just as she had felt with the other Angel. She thought for a moment about what would happen to her, the angel had promised that her daddy would never hurt her... She trusted him, though she was still frightened that he could be wrong. Then again if there were more than one Angel around perhaps there was les chance of that promise being broken. Rosalie was so gentle with her, wiping away her tears just like her mommy did, though Rosalie's fingers were cold like the Angels. She thought for a moment 'What is the Angels name?' She didnt actually know what it was, but he had to have one.
Fae'Lee smiled and nodded as Rosalie asked if it was her birthday tomorrow. 'I'm gonna be seven' Exactly seven years she had lived in fear, could this be the start of a new life for her now? A different life without having to be afraid, where her dreams could come true. 'But I dont have anything pretty to wear.' She had always imagined that she would wear a pretty dress to her birthday. but all her dresses were plain and ugly. Her mommy had promised to buy her one when they were free, but now she was gone.
She shifted slightly on Rosalie's lap as the brusing on he back of her legs started to become sore again. She was used o it though so she never made a huge song and dance about it, though she hoped soon they would go completely. She didnt know what it was like to not have bruised sore skin, she truely hoped she would find out soon though. She looked up to Rosalie and smiled 'Can I draw you? she blushed slightly, she had never asked anyone this before.
