Laughing appreciatively to Alice's comment, Edward felt some of the tension melt from his body. His hand traveled up and down her back in a reassuring manner. “I'll just have to decide at the last minute then. You've never been good with spontaneity.” He teased. A flash of something transferred from her mind to his, but he was again unable to grasp it. Slightly agitated that she was still hiding things, Edward was about to comment, but as her body made contact with his he sighed, and released the anger that had sprung up within him.
His eyes tracked Carlisle as he moved, and Edward monitored his mind. It was an unwise thing to do, seeing as Carlisle was completely unsure of what was going on. That frightened Edward more than anything else could. Trying not to let his fear show to Alice he just continued to pet her. He snorted at her next thought. “Jasper's gonna be even more upset than I was. You should probably sit him down and tell him about it. When you two are alone. I really don't want his anxiety bleeding out into a room I'm in.” He placed a soft kiss on her hair before leaning his cheek against the silken material, waiting to see what Carlisle would have to say. Carlisle nodded in response to the things Alice was telling him as his fingers flew across the keys. The letter wasn't long, but it was informative. He hadn't spoken with the Denali or Carmen in some time, and he felt bad contacting them in an emergency only, but he was hopeful that they would understand. He was even more hopeful that they would know the solution to the problem Alice was having, and that this whole mess would be over faster than it began.
“Alright.” He said, clicking the send button, “We will have to wait and see what Carmen suggests. Until then, I fear that there is not much I can do.” His face that was so often seen smiling had a wrinkled brow and a thoughtful frown gracing its perfect features. Carlisle rose from his seat and went to go stand in front of his children. “Keep doing everything as normally as possible.” He instructed, once more sliding into his role of doctor. “And Alice, please, tell me as soon as anything else happens. No matter where I am or what I'm doing, please come and get me, or send someone to find me.” It was imperative that he keep a record of the occurrences and the intensity of each of them. If no one else knew of a solution, Carlisle would have to come up with one, and observation was always the first step. [/size]

Alice once again felt bad that she was hiding something from her brother, but she knew it was all for the best. She could only guess how Edward would react to seeing that image, it was hard enough seeing it herself. She chuckled a little, starting to feel her normal self again. 'You got me there Edward...' As great as her gift was it was always subject to peoples decisions, she knew that Jasper had already started mastering the art of changing his mind every few seconds when buying her a present to throw her, though she generally always got a good idea of what it was anyway.
She sighed lightly, she really didnt want to tell Jasper at all, she knew how protective he was of her and this would make things ten times worse. She wanted him there for her but she had a feeling after today she was going to have an escort with her where ever she went, that wasnt really her idea of fun. 'You think I could be in a different room too?' She sighed slightly, being around Jasper when he was upset was equally upsetting for those around him... Plus because she felt bad anyway she would feel ten times worse.
She watched Carlisle tap away, and looked at his worried expression, Alice knew this wasnt good, if Carlisle didnt know what was going on then she wouldnt be getting any answers any time soon. She nodded to him as he told her to keep him updated. 'I promise' She wasnt going to make that mistake again... Now she knew she wasnt just being paranoid she knew she needed Carlisles help, even though he didnt know what was going on.
